Who I am
Postmarked is a travel publication run by Nell Arden, Studio 4, 21 Wharf Road, London N1 7GR, United Kingdom. You can reach me at hello@postmarked.co.
What I collect
When you subscribe, I keep your email address. When you buy a guide, the checkout provider collects your name, email and payment details and passes me your name, email and what you bought. When you write in, I keep your message and reply. This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Affiliate links
Some links on the gear page are affiliate links. When you follow one, the retailer may set its own cookie to record the referral. That is governed by the retailer's policy, not this one.
How I use it
To send the newsletter you asked for, to deliver the guides you bought and their updates, and to answer your messages. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
How long I keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Newsletter subscriptions end the moment you unsubscribe. Messages are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it, by writing to hello@postmarked.co. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
